Feed Sales Associate - FT (Armstrong)

Otter Co-op is now accepting applications for a full-time Feed Sales Associate at our Feed Mill in Armstrong, BC.

What you will do:

  • Provide exemplary customer service to walk-in customers, phone inquiries, as well as bulk orders
  • Operate point of sales system and cash handling
  • Assist in billing, creating bill of ladings, handling accounts payables and receivables
  • Coordinate with HQ in Aldergrove for stock transfers and purchasing orders
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
  • Assist in making feed on LV system as needed
  • Restock inventory as required in feed plant
  • Light housekeeping duties and clean up as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Who you are:

You are looking for a career in Animal Feed Manufacturing Operations and:

  • Must have strong math skills, basic computer skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Motivation and ability to work under pressure and in a busy work environment is required
  • Must be committed to a SAFE working environment
  • Able to perform physical job duties including lifting, pushing and pulling up to 50 lbs
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 4:00 PM, but must be flexible 7 days a week between 7:00am and 6:00pm as needed
