A Cozy Valentine's Day In
ActionsHappy Valentine’s Day!
If you forgot to make Valentine’s Day plans or if you simply prefer to celebrate the holiday in the comfort of your own home, we’ve got you covered. Our food stores have everything you’ll need to create the perfect night in for you and your valentine. Follow along as we lay out a cozy Valentine’s date night at home.
Flower Power
Flowers on Valentine’s day are a time honoured tradition. A bouquet of flowers is more than florals – it’s a gesture of love that can go a long way, and one that brightens up any space. Our Langley Retail centre has plenty of fresh florals to choose from, so you’re sure to find the perfect bouquet for your valentine.
Sweet Treats
This holiday is incomplete without chocolate, but rest assured you can find your valentine’s favourite chocolate at our food stores. We’ve got the essential milk and dark chocolates in addition to almond roca, berries and cream, and nutty chocolate too.
Romantic Dinner for Two
Of course, we’ve got you taken care of for the main course. Visit our Deli and pick up some fresh cut steak for a romantic dinner for two! And if you’re feeling seafood instead, consider it handled because we have wild caught Canadian lobster tail that makes for the perfect entrée.
Sweet Temptations
No dinner is complete without indulging in dessert, especially a dinner on Valentine’s day. Our bakery has a selection of fresh and delicious house-made cookies, cupcakes, and cakes decorated festively for the holiday. So, you and your sweetheart can indulge in the goodness together.
Team Building
The night doesn’t have to end once you’ve eaten to your hearts content. Watch a movie together, or better yet, do something more engaging – like building a puzzle! A fun challenge, but an excellent way to draw in your attention and focus on something together while you have quality conversations. You can find a variety of puzzles to choose from at our Langley Retail Centre!
