VIRTUAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 4TH, 2025

Virtual Annual Meeting to discuss 2024 financial reports, announce 2025 election results, and appoint 2025 auditors. Registration required to attend for both members and guests, and will be open until June 2nd at 5:00pm.

2025 BOARD OF DIRECTOR ELECTION

Following the close of our Board of Director Nomination Period on May 2nd, Otter Co-op will begin preparations for the 2025 Board of Director Election. All members in good standing prior to March 1st, 2025, are eligible to vote in the election. Registration will be required to vote and open until May 31st. The Voting Period for the Election will be from May 24th at 8:00AM to June 2nd at 5:00PM. Once a member has registered and their eligibility has been validated, voting information will be received through SimplyVoting to their e-mail when the election period begins. The results will be announced at our Annual Meeting. Candidate information will be shared following the close of the Director Nomination Period on May 2nd.
