Otter Co-op 2026 Board of Director Nominations

Beginning April 2nd, we will be accepting applications from knowledgeable, strategic and experienced individuals to join our Board and help govern Otter Co-op in the best interest of our member/owners. Applications will be accepted until May 1st, 2026, at 5:00PM.

Our election will be held from May 22nd to June 1st, with the results announced at our Annual General Meeting on June 3rd.

Please see the attached application form below for all eligibility requirements, obligations, and questions. In addition to completing this form, a police information check, personal history summary and photograph are required to be submitted prior to the submission deadline.

Each candidate must submit this form via paper copy to our admin office and an electronic copy of this document by email to questions@otter-coop.com. Please also provide your email address for communication relating to the election. Paper copy can be dropped off or mailed to:
