2026 VIRTUAL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Virtual Annual Meeting to discuss 2025 financial reports, announce 2026 election results, vote on special resolutions, and appoint 2026 auditors. Registration is required to attend, and is open until June 1st at 5:00pm.

Special Resolutions address reductions in director committee meeting pay and increased eligibility requirements for former employees seeking board nominations. The full resolutions can be reviewed at the link below. Voting for the Special Resolutions will be held by poll from eligible members during the Virtual Annual Meeting on June 3rd. 

2026 BOARD OF DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Otter Co-op is currently accepting applications from knowledgeable, strategic and experienced individuals to join our Board of Directors and help govern the Co-op in the best interest of our member/owners. Applications will be accepted until May 1st, 2026, at 5:00PM. More information can be found here. 

Should more than three applications be received and an election required, it will be held online from May 22nd to June 1st, with the results announced at our Annual General Meeting on June 3rd. Please note that should an election not be required, the candidates elected by acclimation will be announced at our Annual General Meeting on June 3rd. 

All members in good standing prior to March 1st, 2026, are eligible to vote in the election. Registration can be found here, as part of the Annual Meeting form following the confirmation of your membership number. Eligible voting members will then receive their voting information when the election opens on May 22nd by e-mail from Simply Voting.
