Let's celebrate mom this weekend

This Sunday is Mother's Day. It's the day we thank mom for mending skinned knees, cutting the crust off our sandwiches and for sneaking an extra treat or two into our lunches when we were in school. 

Otter Co-op has everything you need to celebrate mom this weekend, so if you're looking for some inspiration, look no further, we've got you covered. 

MAKE MOM A CARD!

We're hosting a Mother's Day card making station at our Langley Retail Centre this Saturday, May 9th from 12 — 2pm, come by and colour a card just for mom makde with love. If you can't make on Saturday, just ask our Guest Services team in all 3 of our food stores for a card today and take it home to colour. Mom will love it!

MEALS

Make mom a meal she won't forget this Mother's Day. Visit your Otter Co-op Food Store for fresh, hand cut steaks from our Butcher. We recently shared our guide to picking out the perfect steak.

Or how about an afternoon picnic. Choose from our selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, many produced locally across the Lower Mainland. Fresh strawberries, blueberries, apples, cucumbers and more! We also offer a selection of freshly made salads which can be packaged perfectly to take to a park on Mother's Day. Ask our team for details! 

FLOWERS

We have a hunch mom would love some beautiful flowers this weekend and the timing couldn't be more perfect. Our Garden Centre is open and fully stocked with many choices mom will love.

If you wan something a bit simpler, fresh cut flower bouquets are always a welcomed sight. All 3 of our food stores offer locally grown, fresh-cut flowers. Add some colour to your Mother's Day. 

BBQ'S

It's going to be a warm, beautiful weekend so maybe a BBQ for mom would be the best way to celebrate the weekend. Our Langley Retail Centre is fully stocked with brand new BBQ's for the warm weather, as well as accessories, rubs and more to perfect your BBQ experience. Finish the night off with a fire in the backyard. We're also stocked with fire pits and lawn furniture so you can really enjoy your weekend.
