Virtual Annual Meeting to discuss 2024 financial reports, announce 2025 election results, and appoint 2025 auditors. Registration required to attend for both members and guests, and will be open until June 2nd at 5:00pm.

2025 BOARD OF DIRECTOR ELECTION

Following the close of our Board of Director Nomination Period on May 2nd, Otter Co-op is preparing for its upcoming 2025 Director Election. This year, we have four qualified candidates up for election, listed below in the order their applications were received and confirmed. Their nominee profiles can be read here or the link at the bottom of the page. These profiles are taken from their own words provided in their application forms, with only corrections made for spelling.

All members in good standing prior to March 1st, 2025, are eligible to vote in the election. The deadline to register to vote at the Annual General Meeting has now passed. The results will be announced at our Annual Meeting.
